Dishcloths!

Welcome to Talitha's Dishcloth Boutique, now featuring natural light!
For real, the snowman was my January Dishcloth KAL cloth and the granny one is 1/12 of the commissioned dishcloths. The lovely lace one is 2/12. Isn't it so pretty. I love that I have to make up my own way of knitting into the YOs on account of the English knitting. If I knit into them like normal they disappear (as discovered doing my feather and fan Christmas dishtowel). Anyway, it's late and I just got home for the day. I'm going straight to the vino.

That dishcloth is looking quite lovely...it could totally be a blanket, if you cast on a gabillion more stitches. A lap throw, maybe?
Happy New Year, sweetie! Your dishcloths look wonderful. I'm loving the little snowman and am especially loving the beautiful lace pattern. That's going to be one fancy-schmancy dishcloth. ;-) And BTW, I can't believe that baby blanket you're making is Red Heart...those colors are way too pretty to be the Red Heart of my ghetto Wal-mart bin! Maybe Red Heart goes upscale when you cross the border. ;-) I'll be back soon to catch up on all the posts I've missed...take care! :-)
Hurrah for dishcloths!! When I first started knitting, that was all I did. I really love that lacy one - reminds me of one I tried, failed and frogged. LOL The snowman is just too cute too - I so love snowmen. Do you find it harder knitting with cotton after you've used soft, yummy yarns? I found I had a real problem and was thinking maybe cotton wasn't the best yarn to start with as a beginner. Oh well, I guess I managed to learn anyway!!
I can't believe the gray is going to scrub dirty pots for a living! It's much much to pretty! I just love that granny pattern. It's what I take with to the Dentist's office. I'm not sophisticated enough yet to carry socks in my purse. ;-)
Ok - that is WAY to pretty for a dishcloth!! It would make a lovely scarf... what is the pattern - are you making it up (if so... I hate you... no, not really, I'm just jealous, my mind DOES NOT work like that - to be able to make stuff up!)
Great dishclothes! I like the lace pattern a lot. I still have not made any dish cloths - it seems like it is time to try that!
Take care~
Beautiful lace pattern. That will make washing the dishes oh, so pleasant. I love the relatively instant gratification of making pretty dishcloths.
Great dishcloths my favorite is the snowman!

I love that lacey dish cloth, it's so perty! The snowman is adorable! I can't say I've ever made dish cloths before...random squares, yes, dish cloths, no.
so sorry I haven't been over here in awhile! (I really just need to add you to my side bar so I can keep up with ya!)
That lacey dish cloth is fabulous, could you please post the pattern when you are done?
Love your dishcloths! I'm enjoying your blog. Can't wait to see your next post!
